Nationwide Services

Nationwide Mail-In Service

You don't need to live in Texas to work with us. A large share of our recoveries arrive by mail from customers across the country, and they get exactly the same handling as a device someone carries through our door in San Antonio.

The process is straightforward. Call us first so we know what's coming and can tell you how to pack it. Ship the device to our lab. We evaluate it at no cost and contact you with what failed, what recovery will cost, and a realistic assessment of your odds. Nothing happens until you approve it. When the work is done, your recovered data goes onto new storage media and ships back to you with tracking.

Mail-In Data Recovery — Now Shipping Worldwide

Ship your device to our San Antonio lab from anywhere in the United States, and now from anywhere in the world.

Why customers ship to us instead of using a local shop

most computer repair shops don’t have data recovery tools. They’ll try consumer software, and when that fails, they refer you to a national company that quotes four figures. Shipping the device to a shop that does this work directly skips a step that often makes the drive worse.

Packing matters

Now Offering International Shipping

We're now accepting devices from customers outside the United States.

If you're somewhere without a data recovery lab you trust — or the only options nearby quote prices that don't make sense — you can now send your device to us. The process is the same one our domestic customers use: free evaluation, a clear quote before any work begins, and no recovery fee if we can't get your data back.

What to Know Before You Ship Internationally

Contact us first.

This matters more for international shipments than domestic ones. We'll confirm we can help with your device type, discuss return logistics, and flag anything specific to your country before you spend money on postage.

Use a tracked, insured courier

DHL, FedEx, and UPS are generally more reliable than postal services for this, and the tracking is worth the difference when your only copy of something is inside the box.

Customs documentation.

Declare the contents accurately as used computer equipment being sent for repair and return. We'll tell you what to put on the paperwork. Incorrect declarations are the most common reason international shipments get held, and a drive sitting in a customs warehouse helps nobody.

Duties, taxes, and return shipping

are the customer's responsibility, and we'll give you an estimate of return costs as part of your quote so there are no surprises.

Turnaround

Transit and customs clearance add time on both ends. We'll give you a realistic total timeline, not just our bench time.

Delivery of your recovered data

In many international cases, secure electronic delivery of your recovered files is faster and cheaper than shipping media back across a border. We'll discuss which option makes sense for your situation.

Start Your Recovery

Call (830) 205-3255 or start your recovery online. Tell us where you are, what the device is, and what it’s doing and we’ll tell you whether shipping it to us makes sense before you send anything.
