Free Diagnostic Evaluation
When your device arrives, we evaluate it at no cost. We identify what failed, whether the damage is physical or logical, and how likely a recovery is. Then you get a clear quote, an expected turnaround time, and an honest answer before you commit to anything.

Recovery and Secure Return
Once you approve, we begin recovery using the right approach for your specific failure, from simple file corruption to failed drives and RAID arrays. Your recovered data is transferred to new storage media and returned to you in person or shipped with tracking. We'll also point you toward a backup setup so you don't end up here again.
